Bio

I’m a first-year medical student at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and my journey into medicine is driven by a deep commitment to underserved communities. Growing up in the Bay Area, I witnessed the challenges faced by marginalized groups, which sparked my passion for making a difference. In college, I had the privilege of working closely with unsheltered populations in the East Bay and conducted research on the link between social determinants and housing instability, deepening my commitment to addressing the systemic barriers that perpetuate healthcare inequities. Through Trojan Street Aid, I am inspired to take a holistic and personalized approach to care—listening to each individual’s story, understanding their circumstances, and providing tailored support to empower them to take control of their lives. I look forward to continuing to learn from these experiences as I strive to build a medical career grounded in equity and compassion.
